I just want to say what a fantastic job DJ Evan Foltz did at our daughter Courtney’s wedding on Saturday night!

We are so happy and Courtney and Kevin had the time of their lives… Great music, great fun! Thank you all!!

DJ Evan Foltz was great at our wedding! He was so organized and was always around to help with logistics and keep us on schedule. His communication on the day and leading up to the day was great. He played so many good songs that I could never leave the dance floor – my calves were so sore the next day I could barely walk lol. I would highly recommend him to anyone else looking for a DJ.

Also wanted to acknowledge that Erin was great at replying to all my emails and getting me any info I requested. She was so nice and helpful.

DJ Evan Foltz was absolutely incredible and truly exceeded all of our expectations! From the ceremony processional and perfectly timed music cues to coordinating speeches, special dances, and the overall flow of the reception, he never missed a beat.

Communication throughout the entire process was amazing. He listened to exactly what we wanted, allowed me to curate a playlist that felt like us, and then took it to another level on the wedding day. He checked in with us throughout the night, kept everything running seamlessly, and made sure we never had to worry about what was coming next.

Most importantly, our dance floor was AMAZING. Our guests were loving the music all night, and we had multiple people come up to us asking for Evan’s name and even his set list because they enjoyed it so much!

Having a DJ who can read the room while also keeping the timeline and all of the important moments on track makes such a difference, and Evan absolutely nailed it. We could not have asked for a better DJ for our wedding. 10/10 — would recommend him without hesitation!

DJ Evan did an excellent job! The dance floor was lively the whole night, and friends and family had a great time.

We hired DJ Evan Foltz for our wedding reception in May. We gave him a difficult task: create a playlist that avoided wedding cliches, provided high energy, yet remained appropriate for kids throughout the night, until the last hour when it could loosen up a bit. DJ Evan simply hit the ball out of the park. The music contained variety, provided energy, and remained fit for children without ever being lame. In fact, we had many children and adults on the floor from beginning to end.

In the lead-up to the wedding, DJ Evan was extremely responsive and organized. We met with him twice (Zoom and phone), he asked clarifying questions that helped us explain what we wanted, and he then arrived early the day of and was thoroughly prepared. We could not recommend DJ Evan any higher.

DJ Evan understood our needs and went above and beyond! He was the absolute perfect match for us and hit it out of the park. He truly listened to us and was so experienced in the type of music that we we’re going for. We received SO many compliments after (and during) the wedding. It was a blast. Evan can throw a party! Best wedding ever. Would HIGHLY recommend! We wouldn’t have changed a thing!

Evan did an exceptional job as the DJ for our wedding! He was a pleasure to work with and was organized and helpful as we made our music selections and planned for the day. He was a great communicator prior to the event and even worked with one of our groomsmen who had a special request for some music during his toast. At the end of our wedding night, we told our DJ, Evan, that he definitely UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT. When we told him we wanted to be reminded of the early 2000s while also balancing in our parents favorite music and keep the dance floor full, he made it happen. No one sat down all night and even if they tried they all said then a great song came on and they had to party. We had the Tribe Hot Dogs show up (I surprised my husband) and DJ Evan was so great at keeping the secret and getting the party started!!! He also handled our ceremony music and everything was just what I asked for! We could not recommend DJ Evan enough!

DJ Evan and the Cleveland Music Group were awesome to work with! You can tell Evan has a lot of pride in his work by his attention to detail. He was very accommodating to our requests and did a fantastic job of having everyone dance the night away! Everyone complimented how good the music was the whole night. Evan Foltz was fabulous as our wedding DJ! We thought he was great from our first meeting with him; he was professional and thoughtful while giving guidance from his expertise about what makes a wedding party great. He was always available to us in the planning process and really flexible, taking suggestions and offering helpful feedback.

In terms of the day and night of, could not have gone smoother. He was on it with the sound system for all our vendors, and then made our wedding night dance floor so special! He has a natural flare for understanding the flow of a night, getting people on the dance floor, and transitioning the music as the night goes on. He went above and beyond our expectations, checked in with us the perfect amount throughout the night, and was just really kind, thoughtful, and awesome to work with. I can’t express enough how great of a job DJ Evan Foltz did at our wedding this past Saturday. He made the event flow smoothly, communicated with me during the event discreetly, and was patient and gave us extra time when we needed it.

The music was perfect the whole night, and it was hard for us to find a moment to sit down because we didn’t want to stop dancing. Evan took our suggestions for both the cocktail hour and reception and made a spectacularly tailored playlist. We also loved that he was dancing and getting into the music behind the booth – it really shows just how passionate he is about his work. He was having a good time and made sure everyone else did too.

Most of all, we had heard from many people that our venue, Cleveland City Hall, had poor acoustics because it is a large, open space. However, we didn’t have any trouble hearing anything throughout the entire night. From the ceremony, to the toasts, to the music at the reception, everything sounded great from start to finish.

DJ Evan Foltz did an amazing job at our wedding in Chippewa Lake, OH. He was professional, friendly, fun, and great at reading the room and choosing music that kept the party going. He also did a great job of keeping my now husband and I on schedule throughout the night. In preparing for the wedding, he had excellent advice on music selection and planning for reception activities like the wedding party welcome and anniversary dance. Evan was always responsive to emails, and meetings prior to the wedding were timely, efficient, and enjoyable. Evan is also just a cool person and very easy to talk to and work with. We highly recommend Cleveland Music Group and specifically DJ Evan for anyone in search of a DJ for their wedding.

I am so happy we chose Cleveland Music Group for our wedding. The staff there are so friendly and professional and will help guide you to find the right DJ (or musician, etc.) that you are looking for and who fits your budget. We chose DJ Evan Foltz for our wedding and he did an outstanding job making sure our wedding day was perfect! He was able to find instrumental versions of our favorite songs to play for the ceremony, he played our handpicked songs during cocktail hour and dinner, helped all the events flow smoothly throughout the day, and did an amazing job keeping guests on the dance floor!! He went above and beyond to make us and our guests happy – he even setup an extra speaker so that we could hear our cocktail hour music while we were away taking photos. Evan played must-play songs during the reception, he avoided our do-not-play songs, and he read the crowd to play songs that would keep guests entertained. DJ Evan was accommodating, easy to communicate with and played what we wanted. He was not the typical DJ that said he needed to play line dance music (which we dislike and made must not plays) which is a testament to his versatility and experience as a DJ. Music can make or break a big event… like your wedding! Boy, did DJ Evan Foltz MAKE our wedding! The music selections were spot on and he accommodated to not only our needs and preferences, but to all guests. Not once was the dance floor empty!

As a music therapist, I wanted to make our first dance super special and chose to sing part of “I See the Light” (from Disney’s ‘Tangled.’) DJ Evan Foltz worked with me to help create a flawless track of both instrumental and original recording for it!

Cannot say it enough: CLEVELAND MUSIC GROUP ROCKS!

We had a wonderful evening thanks in large part to Dan Bruce (guitar) and DJ Evan Foltz! The cocktail hour music was charming and super well-executed, just as you’d expect from an artist as accomplished and creative as Dan Bruce. Later in the evening, DJ Evan handled the announcing duties well and proceeded to rock the courtyard with a spot-on parade of hits, as well as a deep cut or two. People raised in the ’60s and ’70s jammed to the ’80s sounds of Prince and the B-52s, younger folks enjoyed “Runaround Sue” just as much as all the Lizzo and OutKast, and in general everyone had only good things to say about the music.

Cleveland Music Group was awesome to work with – they were professional, responsive, and helpful. It was clear that DJ Evan spent a lot of time thinking about the vibe we were going for, and created a perfect mix of music for our event. He kept the energy high all night (as evident by the fact that there was a full dance floor even as the event space turned the lights on to end the event) and our guests had a blast. I would highly recommend CMG to anyone planning a wedding in the Cleveland area!

We decided to hire a DJ for our annual company picnic this year and boy are we sure glad we did! It was the perfect addition to the day. The music selection was perfect and DJ Evan could not have been better. Thank you CLE Music Group for adding to the day!

Wow! DJ Evan Foltz was AMAZING! Talk about hustle. He showed up to the venue really early to make sure he was all set up. He communicated with us throughout the night to make sure he was meeting expectations. He handled everything with so much ease and didn’t seem stressed at all. We had multiple meetings before the wedding with him and he really took the time to understand our style, preferences and what we were looking for. Our reception was amazing thanks to DJ Evan. Our families and friends have all said this was the most fun reception they’ve ever attended. The dance floor was packed the entire night and everyone had a great time! We are SO grateful to Evan for all of his hard work. I could not recommend DJ Evan more highly. He did an absolutely incredible job!

To all those considering Cleveland Music Group, they are THE BEST. I live in New York City and had to interview multiple companies over the phone. Every company laughed at our request – we wanted a DJ to spin old fashioned vinyl records from the 50s and 60s for our entire reception. I was assured that I would never find anyone who does this. Then, I found Cleveland Music Group who essentially employs real artists and DJs to work your wedding based on their own talents and styles. This is not a cookie cutter DJ company that only offers one thing. So, CMG sent me right over to DJ Evan, who has his masters in Trumpet, a fine taste in music and a massive vinyl collection to boot! Everyone at CMG went out of their way to accommodate us. Even was FABULOUS and the best part? His attitude. No stuck up DJs at this company. Evan was a total dear and we can’t thank him and CMG enough.

DJ Evan was easy to work with and very helpful at identifying the songs and genres we wanted. His library had everything we wanted to play and his DJ selections were right on par. Our guests loved him and the dance floor was never empty. If you want a friendly, well prepared, professional DJ who plays what you want as well as what the night needs then Evan is your guy.

The whole experience with booking Cleveland Music Group for our wedding was fantastic. Tony was extremely helpful with recommending DJs that matched what we were looking for. On the actual day he was great at reading the crowd and adjusting the music based on what everyone seemed to be enjoying.
