Description
Deejay JT—aka John ‘Charlie’ Templeman—is more than just a DJ; he’s a powerhouse of music, production, and entertainment. As the founder of Cleveland-based Jib Machine Records, JT has built a reputation for delivering electrifying performances that keep crowds moving.
His journey behind the decks began in high school, where his ability to command the dance floor quickly set him apart. Since the early 2000s, Deejay JT has been a fixture in the Cleveland and Northeast Ohio music scene, bringing the perfect soundtrack to weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, school dances, and clubs. Known for his dynamic mixes and high-energy sets, he prides himself on not only curating unforgettable playlists but also providing a professional and personalized experience for every event.
Beyond the live scene, you can tune in to The Warehouse Warrior Show—his monthly radio program airing every 3rd Tuesday from 7-9 PM ET on WCSB Cleveland 89.3FM (also streaming worldwide at wcsb.org). And if that’s not enough, in 2022, JT expanded his musical reach by launching Electrik Stick Records, a cutting-edge imprint dedicated to EDM and ambient music.
Whether he’s behind the mixer or behind the scenes, Deejay JT is all about bringing the beat to life—one track, one event, and one unforgettable night at a time.
