A 25 year veteran of the Cleveland Ohio music scene, Jason Patrick Meyers spends his days as Executive Director at Roots of American Music and Program Coordinator in the Music Therapy Department at University Hospitals. His nights are spent performing at venues across the region. With his gritty vocals and acoustic guitar stylings, Jason digs deep into what is real, connecting to his listeners with a well-crafted lyrical adventure of honesty lurking in every song. He has shared the stage with such acts as Leon Russell, Bret Michaels, Welshly Arms, Will Hoge, Cross Canadian Ragweed, The Gaslight Anthem, Saving Jane, Marcy Playground, Seven Mary Three, and many others.
Jason has performed for dignitaries, such as the United States Ambassador to Ireland. He has performed at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, The House of Blues and the Huntington Cleveland Convention Center. Jason can also be heard spinning the bands and musicians from Northeast Ohio every Monday and Saturday night as host of NEORocks on WJCU 88.7 FM.
As an active member of the Cleveland music scene, Jason works as Music Liaison for Brite Winter Festival as well as the Heights Music Hop Festival. He also donates performances to non-profit causes and events throughout the year.
