I had a great experience with Erin Rossi. When my band canceled, she helped me to find a band so quickly as well as a ceremony/cocktail hour option. She worked after her hours and stopped everything to help me. Being in the industry, that is the customer service people look for. Although we didn’t use the full band option, we did use the cocktail hour and the music was perfect. They were great! Thanks to Erin and Scott.
